Johnson_ – [Means of Ascent](https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/208324.Means_of_Ascent) I think this was very eye-opening, never assumed politics was this foul, elections bought to this level and most of all, how lies, white lies, are effective, just depends on who it comes from. Shows, no matter the cause, believe in one's self enough, and you can change a nation. I am going through the "Master of Senate" portiion, Caro is one of a kind, his writing is so detailed & encapsulating.

__March 2026__ [_Black Swan_](https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/242472.The_Black_Swan) – Nassim Yeah, so one-liner, which is that we don't know what lies for tomorrow, and especially what already occurred behind us. I think this applies strongly to the current state of AI, I think a lot of people guess when agi is going to happen, or try to predict where this current paradigm takes us. AlexNet, AIAUN, Flash Attention, Deepseek, Qwen, Claude Code, none of these we can now say would be here, simply because we lack the ability to do so. He brings up a point, if we understand the technology to predict it, then we should already know and have it not tomorrow, but today! So when is AGI happening? I don't know
